Welcome! I'm Luna Desmodus and I am a freelance illustrator from England with a focus on character illustration and design. I am learning to animate in Live2D so that I can bring characters more to life. I am mainly self taught however I do have a bachelors with honors in illustration.

Disclaimer
-By purchasing my services (art and/or live2d rigging) you automatically agree to the following conditions.-Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms. You are bound to terms regardless if you read them or not.-If you are uncomfortable with my Terms of Service and/or not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.I do NOT allow my work to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload my work to any AI sites as this could compromise my work.-NFT usage is strictly forbidden.-If you have any questions please contact me.
General
-You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.-You, the Client, are purchasing my services as an artist only and the .png file to the artwork. You will not receive any physical prints.-You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.-You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.-You may not claim my work as your own.-Please only upload the smaller file publicly unless otherwise discussed.-You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.-You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for financial profit).-You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.-Commercial rights may be given, but you will have to pay extra fees (see commercial info). The artwork must still be credited and linked back to me.-You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.-You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”-Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a ‘slot’) is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over harassment.-Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.-I will not draw the following:
Hardcore NSFW, fetishes, gore, violence, hateful art, graphic design, tattoo design or anything else that makes me uncomfortable, or strays too far from my style.-I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your commission for ANY reason. This includes if I do not feel comfortable with your idea, or if you, the Client, have proven to be troublesome. I do not have to give a reason if I wish to refuse or cancel your commission.
Commercial info
-If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.-The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.-The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).

Copyright
-'copyright assignment' will NEVER be given to any client for any reason.-I hold full rights to the commissioned artwork, which means I may post it to other sites, such as Twitter, Instagram, and Patreon, present it in future art books/portfolios, as well as stream the process on Twitch.-I reserve the right to have my signature and/or watermark on the commissioned artwork, you are NOT permitted to remove it or crop it out.-In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
Ordering and payment
-You may initiate a commission request by contacting me via my social media direct messages.-You will be sent these Terms of Service to ensure you have read and agree to them.-Orders are not first come first served. Each commission is selected based on how well I think I can fulfil the request and whether I personally like the project or not.-I only accept payment through STRIPE or KOFI. Stripe works just like PayPal, but you pay directly with a credit/debit card. You don't have to create an account either.- I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed that I accept your commission AND have asked for payment.- If payment is not made in a timely manner (24h) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be cancelled.-I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the the transaction.-I only accept payment in GBP (Great British pound), you are responsible for making currency conversions.-It is expected that you (the client) will pay 100% of the price upfront before I start my work.-Do not waste my time by canceling the order if you never actually intended on paying for it! If this occurs repeatedly you will be blacklisted!
Refunds
-All orders are final.-Refunds may only be requested if no work has begun on the project. As soon as I start sketching, you will not be able to claim a refund.This policy is not negotiable
Deadlines and workspeed
-I may take up to 3-5 days to respond to your initial inquiry.-You may ask for a deadline, however please keep it reasonable. A commission can range between a week to 2 months to fulfil depending on the project and how busy I am.- Any deadlines set by the client must be disclosed prior to payment.-I reserve the right to decline a project if the deadline set is too short.-I reserve the right to take up to 3 weeks to begin a project.-If you did not alert me to a deadline, you must wait an additional 4 weeks to the 3 week starting period before reminding me about your commission. Reminders will be ignored if they relate to work that I have prioritized above your project, including other commissions and gift art.-No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.-I will work on commissions randomly. This means I will work on the piece I'm the most inspired/ comfortable with at the moment. I do this so that I work on your piece when I am most motivated and inspired to do so, therefore your commission is worked on with the best possible effort.-I tend to need more time if I have other commissions to do before yours.-You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.-If you need your piece to be finished quickly, and you wish for it to be a priority, you must pay a rush fee. The price will depend on how fast you want it to be done.
Revisions and feedback
-I like to keep in touch with my clients and send them anywhere between 2-5 wips.-There is no limit to the number of extra wips per order-If I am working on a specific character design, please please provide references of said character.-Feel free to provide plenty of references or inspiration for your commission. This will help me create something more to your liking.-During the sketching stage of my work is the best time to request changes, composition, pose, lighting etc. Please don't be shy to ask for adjustments as I try my best to please my clients and capture the character's aesthetic and personality the best I can.-I will ask for feedback from you during the sketch progress to ensure you are happy with it. Once I have confirmed with you that you are fully satisfied with the sketch, I will begin the linework. Major changes to the composition and poses will not be accepted once I have begun linework, so please make sure you are fully satisfied with the sketch before giving me the go-ahead to do linework.-After the linework has begun I will only accept minor changes that are easy to make, such as lighting, colours and minor missing details.-I will begin colouring and shading the artwork once the linework is complete. I will as for feedback to ensure the colours are to your liking.-Once the commission is finished I will accept small changes such as colour adjustments and missing details. I will not redraw or add big sections to the piece.-If it's a change you want and I did not have clear, obvious information when you ordered the art, I will not make the changes unless additional fees are paid-I will only make major changes to the final piece if it was my mistake (such as a missed detail you provided in the reference)-The responsibility is on you to ensure your order contains the details you want me to follow. I will not redraw commissions unless payment is sent for a second order.-I may choose to stream the commission process on twitch. If I decide to do so feel free to stop by and give me feedback. If your commission is considered nsfw I will not be able to stream it and will have to work on it offline.
By commissioning me, it means you have read and accepted all the terms outlined above. You will be held to these terms regarding your commission.
